- Q: Do prices quoted include a one colour logo?
- A: No, unless specified all Fridge-to-go® bags come unbranded and we recommend that you use your own screenprinter. Please advise if you would like us to recommend a preferred printer.
- Q: What is the indent MOQ for the Fridge-to-go range?
- A: All indent MOQ are 1,000 units, excluding the Coolzie which is 2,500 units and the Cool Coaster which is 5,000 units. To change colours (outside standard stock colours of black, red, navy and royal blue) and other modifications to the bag a MOQ of 5,000 units is required.
- Q: My client is looking for a cheap cooler bag, would Fridge-to-go® be appropriate?
- A: In general no as Fridge-to-go ®is a premium product and it should be compared to a mobile fridge and not a cheap cooler bag. Although in saying that, if the client is unsure of what they want, we suggest you explain the benefits of Fridge-to-go® and the great ROI as the product is used again and again replacing all previous cooler bags.
- Q: Can I borrow a Fridge-to-go® bag to show my client?
- A: We offer a very cost effective distributor sample pack that includes five of the most popular models available ex-Sydney for $49 (incl GST) + delivery. View the Distributor Sample Pack Order Form and forward to us. You will then have your own samples to present to multiple clients and you can use the bags yourself to test their effectiveness.
- Q: How can I pay for my sample pack and/or order?
- A: We take visa, mastercard or direct deposit. Please note the 1st invoice must be paid up front, 2nd invoice must be paid within 7 days, subsequent invoices must be paid within 30 days, overseas orders must be paid 50% up front and the full balance prior to shipment unless otherwise arranged.
- Q: Can I deal with your factory directly in China to get a better price?
- A: No, our factory will only forward your request to us as we are Fridge-to-go® in the Australasian region.
