•  Regular Postage – Australia wide - goods will be received in 4-10 working days (note there may be further delays over the holiday and busier periods - back to school)

Delivery within Australia is generally 4 -10 working days from the day of ordering. Australia Post Mail is used for most orders.

If you require a very urgent delivery, please email info@fridge-to-go.net.au with your name & order number so we can do our best to arrange this for you. If your order is delayed due to a stock shortage, you will be contacted by phone or email. If you wish to cancel your order due to longer than expected delivery times you may do so. **Please allow up to 2 weeks during busy periods. 

PLEASE NOTE - if you wish to exchange your order the original bag (in packaging) will need to be returned to us at your cost and the new order will incur a new postage charge.

• Postage – to New Zealand - goods will be received within 5-10 working days (this may be longer over the holiday period)

FREE SHIPPING FOR ALL ORDERS OVER $150 (when paying full retail prices) and applies to all postage for orders within Australia only.
